Turnover, unsatisfied users, tensions in the team or between teams… very often, the malfunctions are not technical. The code only reflects the state of the organization that produces it (Conway’s law). It is only a symptom and fixing the code will not solve the root causes.
I step in to bring a fresh look on the technique but also on the organization and the working methodology of the company. I do not only propose technical lines of thought ; I also open the way to wider changes to avoid finding the same problems at regular intervals.
