My niche is quality development. I don’t take shortcuts that would contribute to lowering the quality of the deliverable: you can change the scope, the budget or the delivery date but not the quality (iron triangle).
I am available for long part-time or full-time assignments (200 days per year maximum) on a time and materials basis, preferably remotely or at least hybrid in the Paris area (2 days on site maximum).
